- CHCarmen Howell6 days ago1.0I had scratches on my car from vandalism, and I brought it to the shop to be fixed. Have used Joe Hudson before, but I've never gone to this location on Abercorn and I will never use it again and recommend that no one else does. . The day I came to pick it up I saw a new scratch in the fresh paint. I pointed it out to the gentleman that was walking me around my car, but they did not honor that. After a few days, I noticed that a strip on the top of my roof was flapping up and down and a substance on the window that I could not get off. I took it back to them. He was able to remove sticky substance from the window. They did admit to popping the bracket. He told me he would have to order a piece. After several weeks of not hearing from him, I returned to the shop then I was told it was on back order .This was in July -August 2025 . I still have not heard anything yet concerning the piece for my car and it is now Jan 2026

They had us in there the day after the accident, handled everything with insurance, moved the vehicle to their other shop, at their expense, to get it done sooner, had it back to us over a week early and kept us updated throughout when anything was done to the vehicle. The repairs were perfect and they are a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend them enough. They even touched up a few places unrelated to the accident just because it needed doing. I’ll certainly be back.
