Waited over an hour was told another 30 minutes. Waited another hour (just over 2 hours total) and still my car hadn't even been taken back. Will not be back and do NOT recommend.

So finally their Tech drive the vehicle and see there's an issue and tell the owner so he screams put it on the rack. I waited another hour in a half , finally said you are ready to go. I drive my car down the road and it's worse than before. I said forget it. The worst experience I have had in customer service and terrible leadership.

The staff was professional, friendly, and explained exactly what my car needed without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The work was completed faster than expected, and my car now drives straight and feels much more stable on the road. Pricing was fair and transparent, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find auto shops that combine efficiency, honesty, and quality service, but this place delivered on all three. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would recommend them to anyone needing reliable tire or alignment work.
