    When given a mechanically defunct vehicle (dropped off in exchange by tow because vehicle 1 was faulty) and trying to exchange for a functioning one, the only options I was given were to drive the unsafe vehicle to an auto body myself, or to drive the unsafe vehicle to the next Enterprise location. No attempts to even make a phone call to another location. No remedy, no help. Away on an important work trip now spending more time dealing with the 2nd faulty vehicle from Enterprise in the last 24 hours.

    The customer service was great both guys were very welcoming. This was my first time using the Perry location and the process was the fastest I’ve ever had dealing with enterprise. I will definitely be using this location when I purchased my rentals long as the customer service is as great as it was this past week.

    I had such a wonderful experience! The (Jeff) staff was professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. I felt valued and appreciated from start to finish. The quality of service exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend Enterprise (Perry Ga.) to anyone looking for care and professionalism. I’ll definitely be returning!
