- AAAndreDec 4, 20251.0Worst location ever while visiting this location on yesterday 12/03 my wife and encountered a young lady who was having issues with a rental and the manger there Jeff treated her like some stray dog off the street. My wife and I could tell the young lady was very upset about the situation. She was asked to leave the premise with no where to go in 40 degree weather and no the young lady was not rude, cursing or yelling or threatening in any kind of manner but still no care in the world was given to this young lady!!! Nothing was handled properly or professionally after my wife and I left the premise we encountered the young lady walking back towards were ever she was from and she then explained to us what had happened and just from hearing her story alone it broke my heart. Business has to be ran I understand but adding to someone else trauma in the process is not right especially under false hope and pretense That manger should be fired immediately I pray this young lady is alright I forgot her name but once again I hope she is alright!!!

- CTChris TrueOct 27, 20251.0When given a mechanically defunct vehicle (dropped off in exchange by tow because vehicle 1 was faulty) and trying to exchange for a functioning one, the only options I was given were to drive the unsafe vehicle to an auto body myself, or to drive the unsafe vehicle to the next Enterprise location. No attempts to even make a phone call to another location. No remedy, no help. Away on an important work trip now spending more time dealing with the 2nd faulty vehicle from Enterprise in the last 24 hours.

This was my first time using the Perry location and the process was the fastest I’ve ever had dealing with enterprise. I will definitely be using this location when I purchased my rentals long as the customer service is as great as it was this past week.
