  Awesome location! If you need to rent a vehicle,Jay is your man. I had to upgrade the vehicle size when I went to pick up my rental. That was no problem though, Jay made the process quick, easy and haggle free. A++

  I have rented many cars from the Peachtree City Enterprise in recent years. It’s always a pleasure working with their associates and I’ve always been happy with their selection of automobiles. Like the new location too!

  I reserved a SUV weeks ago for a family trip. I was emailed my total for the rental plus taxes weeks ago; Totally fine. We leave for our vacation tomorrow. I just received a call the day before I was to pickup my rental asking about my needs in a vehicle because it's prom weekend and they may be short on vehicles. I asked what they had available, he wasn't sure. And kept saying, "due to what's going on in the economy" I explained to him that I needed something big enough for my family of 4 to ride comfortably. I really didn't need a 3rd row seat. Is there going to be a price difference? If you're giving me a smaller vehicle. He then said, " Like I keep stating, everything is more expensive due to what's going on in the economy." Not in a nice way, I asked if he was in the PTC location and he informed me yes he was and he is the operations manager. If that's how the Operations Manger speaks to customers that's very unprofessional. He couldn't give me helpful information on a rental. He then informed me that there is a $300 deposit due along with the price of the rental. I explained to him that was never told to me and wasn't in the initial paperwork that I received. This makes me extremely uncomfortable because we are leaving for our family trip tomorrow. I have never used Enterprise before but my experience is already not starting out well.

  The manager at the Peachtree City location put me in a very dirty smokey smelly car and didn't accommodate me in any way. I requested a call from her supervisor who dodged me and never called me. I immediately told and she saw how dirty the car was, but she never cleaned it as she said she was doing. Each time she brought the car back to me dirty and I spent over an hour at this location and still didn't get in a clean car. Very dissatisfied with the unprofessional conduct of the manager at this location who should no respect or concerns about what was addressed. I felt ignored and brushed off and made to feel as it this was the only car that I was worth being put in since the rental was being paid for by an insurance company. I called customer service day 1 and multiple times when and after I picked up the vehicle to report the concerns but no one from the franchise or corporate contacted me regarding my concerns.

  customer service was pretty fast, but today after getting the car from Enterprise, and leaving the lot (in the rental car), we got pulled over for expired tags! it has north carolina plates and we did not notice that the tag expired last month. I called the enterprise office and was told “it’s ok because its a rental car, so it’s on Enterprise.” The officer had a different opinion- since we are driving, we get the ticket. 250.00 fine. not happy.😡 At all. “
