- LLLauraNov 17, 20251.0I have been using this location for the past 4 years, but the management changed, and it is not what it used to be. I went there with a slow-leaking tire and they told me I needed a new one. Fine, got a new one installed. A week later I went for an oil changed and they showed me the new tire had a bulge. They took no responsibility for it and told me I must have hit a pothole and I had no warranty. The problem was the low profile of the wheel. Their solution? Buy 2 new tires. Also they did an alignment but the steering wheel was just as tilted when I left as when I arrived. If you are a woman, stay away from this place.

- RNRon NewNov 3, 20251.0They have failed at every turn on this one: I have been a customer for 10+ years, and bought more than 10+ sets of tires for my 6 cars - but they are working to completely blow up a long time customer! I just bought a new set of tires for an almost new Ram Truck - and they destroyed my wheels in the process of installing the new tires. Antwoine, the manager on duty 100% agreed with me and told me that they would order a new set of wheels and he could not be more sorry. Well, I thought that would end the issue. He said their manager would be in touch with the dates and times that it would all be handled - Crickets. I have heard nothing from him. I have called Antwoine multiple times who is nice and consistently says that someone will call me. Note: after my third call back to Mavis, he told me the manager (who will not call me back) said that they will have a 3rd party company come to me and fix my wheels - I reluctantly said it would be ok if they do a good job, but the truck is almost new. Still, been two weeks and no call from Mavis Tires. I am cancelling my credit card today (which I already told Antwoine on my last call to him - where he again reassured me the guy would call back. Exhausted and disappointed that a seemingly good company is throwing away their previous approach to good customer service. Sadly, I would suggest you go find another tire store - they apparently do not care these days. I will keep Google Reviews and other review sites up to date on the positive or negative repsonse to this and other upcoming poor reviews from me. Ex Mavis Customer - R. New
