We had a simple issue with a tailgate that wouldn't latch on our minivan. Customer Service agent Alicia Bonner and technician John Taylor were both amazing! Alicia greeted me with a big smile and put me at ease (in a comfortable chair in their beautiful, brand-new waiting room) while John expertly repaired our vehicle (on the spot in less than 10 minutes)!
