  Amber and the other 2 ladies in the office are amazing and very knowledgeable. Amber called or texted at every stage of the process with my car repair. She delivered first class customer service. If you need a car repair shop, don't hesitate to come here. You won't regret your excellent experience. If I need service again (which I hope I won't 🙂), I will definitely come back. I highly recommend this location!

  I showed up early in the morning for a confirmed appointment to replace my windshield. No one contacted me, no call, no email — nothing. When I arrived, they told me my appointment was canceled without any notice. This is completely unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. I won’t be coming back.

  Gerber Collision & Glass is amazing! :D Gerber runs a classy, friendly, super welcoming operation -- start to finish! We had a simple issue with a tailgate that wouldn't latch on our minivan. I had received several outrageous estimates from other local body shops... :( So refreshing to locate a business that simply wanted to help solve our problem as fast as possible! Customer Service agent Alicia Bonner and technician John Taylor were both amazing! Alicia greeted me with a big smile and put me at ease (in a comfortable chair in their beautiful, brand-new waiting room) while John expertly repaired our vehicle (on the spot in less than 10 minutes)! It all happened so quickly that Alicia offered this service on the house! <:o Gerber Collision & Glass gets my highest rating!!! In my humble opinion, Gerber is an excellent choice for auto repair!
