    They are rude and tell you that yea we got you a car and we get there to get the car and we get told there's no car available

    Their customer service is fantastic, while there was a problem with the vehicle we had reserved, they did their best to provide a solution. The replacement vehicle didn't fit us well but they made it right by us. We've used this location a few times and will use them again in the future.

    I was in a car accident last month and in need of a rental car. The entire staff (Marius, Kelsey, Jalen, Justin) that I worked with at the Enterprise located in Oakwood, GA. were all tremendously helpful from beginning to end. I cannot thank them enough for their assistance and I highly recommend them.

    Fuimos a retirar un vehículo para las 8 de la mañana y a esta hora es que no lo van asignando y para completar sucio … uno paga por un vehículo que en este en buenas condiciones en todo los sentidos porque uno lo pagó no le prestan ….sean más considerados con el cliente … ni la estrella que le di se lo merece pero son políticas de la aplicación.
