- DMDavid Milley6 days ago1.0I visited this car wash over a month ago and while going through the wash tunnel, the machine cracked my windshield. The on-site team referred me to a phone number that was disconnected after visiting the website. I emailed their helpline which just direct me back to the on-site team and when going back to the site multiple times I could never get in touch with the site manager, who seemed to never be around. After finally finding a team member who knew how to do the damage report I avoided over two weeks and heard nothing back on when I could possibly get my windshield repaired. Not only has a customer service been pushing responsibility amongst our own team, but the lack of a speedy response and resolution of the issue is a good reason. I’ve never recommend anyone go to this car wash or any of it Sisster locations.

There are no clean towels at any of the 15 or so bays, 2 spray bottles total but both were empty. 1 of 2 vacuums work. Would be worth it if the advertised services of towels, spray and vacuum were present but they were not and because that isn’t known until you’ve paid - it’s misleading. Very disappointed.

- RWReese WilliamsApr 7, 20261.0I joined over 7 months ago. I had to go through the wash 3 times to get it clean. The vacuums didn’t have good suction so immediately canceled. I received a cancellation notice and everything. Fast forward seven months later out of nowhere I get a $11 charge from them. I go to my email and they said I joined for $40 a month. So they decided that they would just try my bank account for whatever they could. This is stealing and reporting to the BBB. Not to mention that i had been at work all day and working hard for my money for someone just to decide to charge people just because they can. Thieves!!!
