  I had a great experience working with Youlanda, the assistant manager at Mavis Tire on Jimmy Carter Blvd. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Her customer service was excellent—she was patient, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell she truly cares about customers and making sure they leave satisfied. It’s hard to find great service like that these days, and Youlanda definitely stands out.

  The experience would have been amazing but, I told the clerk I would come back to get the oil change done later. He still added it to the work order and I ended up paying $115 more than originally quoted, which is congruent with other reviews here. Honesty is important or customers won't be back. I was going to schedule other services done here but given how you guys like to just add services I won't be coming back, also your online survey won't let me submit it, tried on different browsers to no avail.

  Great experience getting an alignment here. Youlanda’s customer service was top notch, great attitude and paid attention to everything I had to say. They got me in and out quickly, provided a before-and-after printout of the specs, and the pricing was very fair. The car feels much more stable on the road now. Professional and efficient—I’ll definitely be back

  Friendly and professional service! I was not on hold or was waiting to speak to a person over the phone. They worked around my price point and found the best all season tires i was looking for in the price range i wanted to stay at. They also found a nail on my 3rd tire that i was unaware of. Youlanda was super sweet over the phone and pleasent in person. We went over everything before getting started. The lobby was very clean and smelled good. They had water and mints available and a tv for entertainment while i waited, plus AC!
