- SSShakiraDec 31, 20251.0I used to have a membership with Sud Stop and honestly I’m glad I canceled it a long time ago. I decided to come back today and actually pay for a basic wash, and I immediately regretted it. After going through the wash, I realized there were no water or soap dispensers available to clean the interior of my car. The only things provided were vacuums and a few damp rags, which were not helpful at all for actually wiping anything down. I then tried to wash my floor mats and discovered that the floor mat sink had no running water. One sink didn’t even have a faucet, and the second sink had a faucet but no water coming out. When I asked the attendant about it, she told me there is currently no running water and that normally people just use the one soap dispenser that works and let their mats air dry. The way she said “normally” made it clear this has been an ongoing issue and not something temporary. This is extremely frustrating because none of this is communicated before you pay or go through the wash. Had I known there was no running water and no proper way to clean the interior, I would have taken my money elsewhere and gotten a full car wash experience. I can’t imagine how upset I would have been if I had paid $30 or more for a higher tier wash and still couldn’t clean my interior properly. At the very least, customers should be informed upfront when basic amenities like water are not available. This experience felt like a complete waste of money, and I won’t be returning

The prep wash almost never has brushes, and the wash itself barely cleans the car. The water pressure feels weak and it leaves black spots on my car, which I do not have issues with at other drive thru washes. The window cleaner and all purpose cleaner stations are not working, and some of the vacuum stations are missing handles. I currently have two memberships and am honestly considering canceling because it is no longer worth it.
- AWAngela WDec 22, 20251.0I would give 0 stars if I could. I was given a coupon last week for 50% off from Kroger. I drive up and before looking at the coupon, manager said it was expired. Rude. The expiration date was March 2026. Then he said let's try the code... not valid. No apologies or explanation. I hit reverse... Horrible Customer service. Would not go back even if the wash were free.
