  I just left this location and the manager on duty had a VERY NASTY attitude and rude. I was going to play my lottery but I was informed that NO racetrac play lottery after 10pm. I advise that manager that was not a true statement because the racetrac in my area does. Then she goes to say well this area don’t. That manager needs customer service training. She is below standards. African American female with locs. I was getting coffee and I left it right there on the counter. I AM NOT SPENDING MONEY AT A PLACE WHO MANAGERS ARE RUDE AND TALKS NEGATIVE TO CUSTOMERS….

  I just got off work and I wanted to grab some grub, i noticed there was a lady cleaning outside so I pulled in and someone was also at the gas pump at the time so I pulled to the side to let them through and stopped in front of the lady. I guess I looked at her the wrong way because she started to yell that there were shards and to keep moving aside and around her, but her constant yelling drowned me of trying to tell her I’m letting someone through. I was just awed so I just left. Terrible service and I didn’t even left my car. Leave your attitude at your house and act like you want to work 😭

  Called this evening and spoke to a mgr?? Advised the person I was speaking to that the person at the register failed to give me a receipt and the tomato bisque I purchased is expired 10/5/25. I advised I also purchased a Cool Blue Gatorade & a mega millions tix. He says that was him and swore he gave me a receipt... I advised he did not. I asked for a refund over the phone as I don't live on that side of town and didn't know when I would be back over there. He states just come back and he'll be glad to give me a refund or exchange. I advised again I don't live on that side of town. He says again to just come back by when I can... I say I don't have a receipt. He says he will print it out? I say that's all well and good, but I advised how is that possible when you didn't offer your name - who am I talking to? I asked to speak to the mgr ...he says he is the mgr, I am like oh ok... normally a mgr will identify themselves without someone asking to solve a problem... I had to ask for his name, he says Harley. I asked Harley for his last name so we are on a trust level... He says not giving out his last name and says is this Nicole... I say yes. I'm trying to let Harley know it's not easy to get up there I was with someone. He says he ain't gonna keep talking to me and hangs up on me. I call back no answer... Managers normally try to reassure and resolve problems.... I'm disappointed!!
