Everyone here is so kind and welcoming, and they genuinely make me feel loved every time I walk in. They remember what I usually buy, and if they haven’t seen me in a bit, they actually ask where I’ve been! That level of care is rare and so appreciated. They’re incredibly in tune with their customers and provide top-tier customer service every single visit. She didn't even pretend to know me, and she looked at me with disgust. It turned out she was nice to a white customer in front of me. Am I being racist? Her name was Maddie A.

Today I got cherry coke. When I drank it driving away, I discovered it was basically warm cherry syrup and water, despite my cup being half ice. The new tea machines are the same.
