When I told the cashier how much gas I wanted and which pump I was paying for, she asked if I was already pumping gas. I told her no, and she responded that the pump was “off.” She then took a phone call about another concern she had with the store while I stood there waiting. She then told me she could not allow me to pay because the pump was not “hung up.” When I asked what I was supposed to do, she said I would need to walk back outside, reset the pump, and then come back in to pay. I reminded her that I was on crutches, and she offered no assistance or alternative solution. I was left to walk out on crutches without help. This was extremely disappointing and shows a lack of consideration for customers with mobility limitations. QuikTrip should do better when it comes to accessibility and customer service.

The employees were no help and said that there was no manger present for a refund. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. It doesn’t make sense that no one is in charge. This location is horrible and needs help. They are useless and are basically robbing people. 0/5
