The young lady at the counter Marilyn was Exeptiional with every single customer. I couldn't believe how great she was and knowlegable and smiling while she handled the customer. I immediately wanted to see her manager to pay her a compliment. Just awesome service .

I visited this location a few days ago for the first time, and while the store did have the vehicle parts I needed, the customer service—particularly from management—was unacceptable. The manager at this location was arrogant, unprofessional, and openly disrespectful toward Spanish-speaking customers. I personally witnessed him speaking to a Spanish-speaking customer in a condescending and hostile manner, raising his voice and displaying clear passive aggression simply because the customer was having difficulty understanding him. His behavior came across as discriminatory and deeply inappropriate. It was upsetting to witness such treatment, and it left a very negative impression of this business. I do not understand how someone with this attitude is in a management position. If this is how customers are treated, it raises serious concerns about how employees may be treated as well. I am not someone who typically leaves reviews, but this experience was disturbing enough that I felt compelled to speak up. Due to the manager’s conduct and the apparent discrimination I observed, I will not be returning to this location.
