The worst experience and a truly heart-sinking one. I will never do business with this location again.
I reserved a 16-ft refrigerated truck well in advance for my business. I personally came into the location, spoke with Samual, completed business account paperwork, and received a printed confirmation. I left confident that my truck was secured.
Later that same day, Jimmy called to reconfirm business details, followed up by email, and I provided the same information again.
On the day of pickup, I arrived and was assisted by Eric, who told me they did not have a 16-ft reefer truck—only a 14-ft or a 26-ft. No explanation.
Eric claimed another location (Kennesaw) had one, then two minutes later said it was no longer available. Another employee suggested he check the notes, after which Eric suddenly said my business address wasn’t verified due to a “new security measure.” I immediately provided my Secretary of State formation documents.
Despite all of this, Eric still could not confirm a truck and showed a careless, indifferent attitude the entire time. When I asked for a manager, I was told “they’re all out to lunch.”
Thirty minutes later, Samual called and said he might be able to deliver a truck to my business later that day—which makes no sense after being told no trucks were available.
This experience shows a complete lack of organization, accountability, and customer care. Extremely disappointed with the staff, the process, and the overall handling of this situation.
