Now there's one guy here very slowly working through the first person's rental and answering the calls as they come in. Another guy wandered in to look at the five of us waiting and walked off. Previously great location, but management either doesn't know about this or doesn't care now. Edit: End result was 1hr 15minutes to stand at the desk to get the truck we reserved in advance. I appreciate the attention that the company is giving this and the truck was in good order so bumping up the review a bit.
