It started when I called the store manager, Tim, yesterday in a panic because my brakes were most definitely going out and I didn't have the money to pay out of pocket. Tim assured me that there were options. And he was right! He settled my worrying mind down so quickly and made sure that the rest of the staff knew that I was coming in today and to take care of me. Which they did. Starting with Moustafa. From the moment I showed up, he showed me nothing but professionalism, courtesy, and kindness. Then came Charles, with his kindness and quick wit, just making me feel welcome and taken care of. And last, but certainly not least, Tayinha. She was reassuring, kind and caring, and took a genuine interest in not only me, but to make sure that my billing and customer service needs were taken care of with ease and efficiency. The entire team was mind blowingly AMAZING! As far as i'm concerned, this location has my business for life as long as this staff is in the building. I am completely blown away and humbled at everything they did for me, and how they all went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely taken care of. Thank you so much!!
