- AHAshley HanchettFeb 21, 20261.0Extremely disappointed in this store. This is the second time I’ve been quoted a price only to have it later DOUBLED. For example, I was told brake pads were $220 to change. When I get there I’m told the $220 was NOT including labor. They tacked on an additional $150+ for labor on the itemized estimate they provided for our review (but didn’t give us). I’m fully aware pads cost approx $20 at Autopart stores so $220 for parts only was a red flag. I called corporate to verify this information, as I’d done before, and NOW the store is telling us the $220 includes labor. This happened previously at this same store and I was told it was a “pricing error” on their register. For this to happen a second time now, I can’t help but think something deceptive is happening (with or without the owners knowledge). I pray there aren’t many others who have fallen victim to this scheme. Please contact their corporate office if you’re concerned of a pricing discrepancy.
