I called around and got another quote and then magically they were able to lower it to EXACTLY what the others quoted. When I asked why those “discounts” weren’t offered before, they said, well we can’t get you deals out the gate! Like huh? Whatever. I let them do my brakes. While they were doing that they told me something else was wrong and that they couldn’t let me drive off without fixing it. I refused and told them to figure it out because I wasn’t paying any more let alone another $500. And then magically they gave me another deal and only charged $20 for the service. And then sat around me in the lobby telling me how lucky I was and how I should leave a good review lol. That was a few months ago. Fast forward to today, I got an email about deals on tires! I called for a quote and I was asked my tire size. I told them I didn’t know and asked if they could look it up. He said… it’ll be quicker if you find that out on your own and then call back lol I hung up. I have a warranty on my brakes and I’ll never go there again. Such a sucky experience.
