Had a bad morning and my fiancé caught a flat on our anniversary and we had to miss out on money for a few hours. Can’t speak for anyone else, but they not only took care of my issue quick, efficient, and they were HONEST! They recommended the best solution and let me claim a few cool points to make sure my woman was happy.

That is unacceptable. If I’m paying nearly $800, I expect the vehicle to be properly diagnosed and repaired — not temporarily patched up. This has cost me additional time, money, and stress, and now I’m forced to consider scrapping the vehicle altogether. At minimum, I would expect quality workmanship or honest communication about whether the vehicle was even worth repairing before taking that amount of money. Very disappointed in the outcome and the lack of resolution. Never again!!

He came back with a whole list of things to do, nasty attitude with my husband, going back and forth unnecessarily. Services were rendered at another shop where the information was explained in a calm, manner-able way. I WILL never come to Mavis in this lifetime nor the next one. Train your employees!!!
