    Disappointed with Service (12/31/2025) I was charged $49.99 just for an air filter, which felt extremely expensive and not properly explained. After the service, the cap/cover where the air filter is placed was left open and put on the passenger seat. It also appeared that the air filter or fitting was not properly done for my 2015 Toyota RAV4, which is concerning. Additionally, the glove box was not fitted back properly. Every time I drove the car, it came loose and popped out. I eventually had to fix it myself, which should not happen after a basic oil change. Overall, this experience was disappointing, especially since it was my first visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves attention to detail and service quality.

    Like father, like son. I've moved from Tucker location to use the Indian Trail location. Only to find out the Son of my previous long time service manager in Tucker. Now manages the location in Norcross. James and his crew did a great job. As I've been using Greasemonkey for over three years. It saves me time and money with there military discount. More important the job is done right the first time. Thank you to Vernon who helped to complete the job and insured everything is completed. Oil changs, radiator service and air filter.
