  I couldn’t believe they still offer a $15 emissions test and not even cash only! I haven’t seen that price in three years. Mark also noticed that my wiper blades needed to be replaced. I told him I already had new ones sitting in my trunk because I’d been too lazy to change them, and he kindly installed them for me. Great service and super friendly attitude. Highly recommend!

  I dropped in near closing time for an oil change. The manager was very friendly, fast, and thorough. He answered all my questions about a prior repair and other mechanical issues, which was very surprising to have that expertise at an oil change place. Highly recommended!

  Mark was super kind and professional. He was able take of the oil change before I could get too comfortable in my seat. Would very much recommend! Fairly priced, professional respectful people, super fast and conveniently located. You can't really ask for more. Thank you Mark!

  To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express deep concern regarding the unacceptable customer service I received during my most recent visit. I have been a regular customer of Grease Monkey, but the experience I had with one of your employees has left me questioning the professionalism and safety standards of your establishment. The technician in question — a light-skinned male with tattoos on his neck and glasses — demonstrated behavior that was not only unprofessional but also dismissive and unsafe. He overfilled the oil in my vehicle and laughed when I brought it to his attention. When I asked if my van was safe to drive, he responded, “I don’t know. How would I know?” This type of response is completely unacceptable from someone responsible for vehicle maintenance. When I asked why the oil change took longer than usual, he replied, “Your van is old,” followed by additional sarcastic remarks and laughter. As someone who transports children regularly, I take vehicle safety extremely seriously. His attitude showed a complete lack of respect, accountability, and concern for customer safety. A mechanic’s role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication — especially when dealing with customers who trust your business with their transportation. Employees who behave in this manner damage Grease Monkey’s reputation and undermine the trust that customers place in your brand. When I stated that I would not be returning due to his behavior, he simply said, “Okay,” with no attempt to resolve the issue or show concern. This demonstrates not only poor customer service but also a lack of basic professional training. I strongly urge management to address this matter immediately.
