However, I have experienced several recurring issues that need to be addressed. Despite utilizing the online check-in process, the vehicle pickup process routinely takes an excessive amount of time. The cars are often not prepared in advance and are only brought around and cleaned after the customer arrives. This defeats the purpose of early check-in and creates unnecessary delays. Additionally, the overall vehicle condition upon pickup has been consistently below standard. On several occasions, I have received vehicles with dirty windshields (both inside and out), worn windshield wiper blades, and insufficient windshield washer fluid — which I have had to replace at my own expense. The windows are also frequently unclean, and in some cases, the fuel tank has not been filled prior to rental. These repeated issues indicate a lack of attention to vehicle readiness and cleanliness. As a returning customer, I expect that vehicles be properly serviced, cleaned, and fully prepared before pickup. Furthermore, there has been a noticeable lack of vehicle selection at this location, which adds to the overall inconvenience. I hope that management will review these concerns and take steps to ensure that vehicles are consistently clean, well-maintained, and ready for customers upon arrival.
