The next day I get a call confirming everything, so I believe we are set. Today I go at the designated pick-up time, only to be told that because it's the day before a holiday, the car isn't ready, which makes no sense. We live half a mile up the street so I asked Michaela to call when it is. There were people sitting there waiting with the same issue. I called two and a half hours later, "Oh, it's getting an oil change...[you're] second in line". I call again at 4:10, and am put on hold for 10 minutes because their location can see my name, and they still don't have a car for me. They kept putting me on hold, and the same stupid message started replaying about my life's "always in motion". Not with Enterprise it isn't. Since we weren't in front their face, they gave my car to whoever was. I was renting the car for my boyfriend and his daughter to visit his 88-year old mother, who's non compos mentis. "You can take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation." Jerry Seinfeld.

Some side smirks from the desk worker were the cherry on the icing. Incompetency at its greatest.
