- BBBAAug 22, 20231.0Poor customer service at this location and Lavista Road location as well- same ownership and management. If you were to have an issue, you will not be able to reach the area manager or get a response. The catalytic converter went out on the junky dated Mitsubishi rental they assigned me. They offered no apology or compensation and they never responded to my email or phone call afterwards. The outdated Mitsubishi car and myself smelled of rotten eggs after the converter went out/bad…and it was only a 1 day rental! I recommend going to another Budget location or rental car company altogether.
