  I was rear ended by their delivery driver on January 23rd 2026, and have had so much trouble getting the company to give me their insurance information and allow me to start a claim. I have called 10 phone numbers I have been given and sent on a wild goose chase that took place the entirety of yesterday to absolutely no avail. I have sustained damages to my vehicle and feel like I'm being gate kept from even opening an insurance claim to have the damages to my vehicle compensated and repaired. Very unfair to the customer that they have to do 110% of the work, have to deal with rude corporate staff, get incorrect information over and over again, and it's starting to feel like AutoZone doesn't actually have Auto Insurance. I don't want to have to go the route of litigation but if I do not receive a call from someone allowing me to begin a claim I will have no choice. You know who this is. Please get in touch with me. I hate that this is what I have to do to have my matter resolved properly. Very unfair to the customer. Also this location does the pick up/hang up the phone thing cuz it took like 7 calls to get someone on the other line to actually pick up and speak to me instead of just hanging it up and hoping I don't call again.

  These guys have no understanding of customer service or a spirit of it. The parking lot is gross too. They couldnt even install my windshield wipers properly and they were beyond overpriced. An entire set for $20 AND an extra 10 for their superiors at Mavis to install it. Utterly embarrassing location.

  This is one of the best places to take your car too10\10. The store employee Camilo is the best. He helped replace a bub in my car for free of charge. This guy is the best. You guys go and check him out. He is very friendly and professional.
