    This is my neighborhood location. I've been coming here for years. The staff is usually quite pleasant & helpful, but not yesterday. Yesterday I walked in and was met by a very rude woman in a beautiful head dress/scarf. I was a bit taken back as she made it a point to let me know that my presence & questions were a nuisance to her while she was at work even though there was only one other person in the store at the time, who had already been helped by another staff member. She made it more than apparent that she didn't want to be there, nor did she want customers coming in bothering her. I ended up just hopping over to the Jimmy Carter location to get what I needed instead & it took less than 5 minutes. Please speak with her to see if she actually wants to be there because her disposition suggests she does not.

    "I'm blown away by the customer service I received at Advance Auto Store #5381 on Buford Highway in Norcross!(9/25/25) As a 15-year car owner, I've grown accustomed to subpar service at auto parts stores. But the team at this location, particularly Safia B‼️., exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find the right parts. They even showed me clearance deals that saved me a significant amount of money. I'm thrilled to have encountered such exceptional service, and I feel compelled to share my experience. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Safia B. You won't regret it! Five stars isn't enough – I'd give them ten stars if I could!"

    This was previously a five star review Jose the manager on duty was not allowed to do any price matching whatsoever so I couldn't purchase any product from this location I recommend that you give your manager Jose the power to match prices for your competition. a little bit more about my specific situation yes you left a manager on duty who was instructed by previous managers that he was not allowed to do price matching. I asked him why is this the case he said because previous managers in the past abused the policy however that was not Jose's fault and he was very kind however a little bit about how you can change that is to hire managers that you trust to adjust prices properly and give them permission to do so when customers requested if it is something that you offer what you claim you do but obviously that's not the case . I hope that in the future you will hire managers and give them permission to just prices so that your claims will actually become true.
