    This is by far one of the worst Auto Parts stores I’ve ever been to. The only reason I came here in the first place was because it was convenient, but that didn’t last long. The customer service was absolutely disgusting and horrible. The employees are extremely rude, unprofessional, and don’t seem to know anything about cars or auto parts which is ridiculous for a place that’s supposed to specialize in them. On top of that, some of the staff even made inappropriate and offensive remarks that came across as racist. I ended up leaving and going to another auto parts store down the street, and the difference was night and day. They actually helped me, knew what they were doing, and treated me with respect. The truth is, there are multiple auto parts stores just 2–5 minutes away that will give you better customer service and real knowledge so there’s no reason to waste your time here. This location seriously needs to reevaluate who they’re hiring, because right now it feels like they don’t care about customers at all. Save yourself the frustration go anywhere else.

    I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. If I could give this Advance Auto Parts store zero stars, I would. On Wednesday, May 28th, I visited the store looking for a crankshaft. The first thing I noticed was loud Latin music coming from behind the oil section — it honestly felt more like a party than a place of business. A team member named Mayra began helping me, but she was having difficulty locating the part. She then called for someone named “Carlos,” who appeared to be the one behind the loud music. She called him twice, and when he finally came out, he approached with an attitude and actually yelled at her, saying — and I quote — that he doesn’t respond to anyone in the store and that the part she was looking for wasn’t part of his job. He then went right back to his seat behind the oil shelf, blasting music again. Mayra seemed embarrassed and apologized, but I told her not to worry — I’d just try another store. Honestly, I don’t understand how a location can stay in business with employees like that. I hope this review reaches the right people so that individuals like him aren’t placed in customer-facing roles.
