- ILIdc lolOct 1, 20251.0This is by far one of the worst Auto Parts stores I’ve ever been to. The only reason I came here in the first place was because it was convenient, but that didn’t last long. The customer service was absolutely disgusting and horrible. The employees are extremely rude, unprofessional, and don’t seem to know anything about cars or auto parts which is ridiculous for a place that’s supposed to specialize in them. On top of that, some of the staff even made inappropriate and offensive remarks that came across as racist. I ended up leaving and going to another auto parts store down the street, and the difference was night and day. They actually helped me, knew what they were doing, and treated me with respect. The truth is, there are multiple auto parts stores just 2–5 minutes away that will give you better customer service and real knowledge so there’s no reason to waste your time here. This location seriously needs to reevaluate who they’re hiring, because right now it feels like they don’t care about customers at all. Save yourself the frustration go anywhere else.
