The manager Korri, said no problem, that his guys would take care of me. Korri was very helpful and polite. The tires even arrived at the store this morning. I show up today (4/1) at 5:35 PM, Korri is not there….. and now suddenly they “can’t take me” because they’re behind? So why tell me to come in the first place? That’s straight-up wasting people’s time. Don’t make promises you can’t keep. Mavis, this is exactly how you lose customers. Do better! Never again.

Received a call the day of my service, about an hour before, verifying I was still coming and the location. I arrived at my scheduled time to be informed they did not have my tires and didn't know when they would arrive.

Very professional and nice, Carl said I could come by any time for check and air. Today I went in again because same tire keeps losing air. My son told me to have them check valve. Roman put order for replacement and was told to come back with any further issues. The guys at this shop really take care of their customers!!
