The cashier never told me my total, did not bag my items, and I had to ask if my transaction was even completed. This was a horrible experience. The entire crew needs to be retrained on basic customer service. I am very big on customer service, and this experience was absolutely unacceptable. I had to ask him you anyone in this store talk!! Go to QT NOT HERE

When you ask the associates for creamer options, they either ignore you or give you the nastiest attitude. Many mornings I have witnessed them in full blown conversation behind the counter, while they could be actually cleaning and ensuring the station is stocked. The amount of flies that are around the overflowing trash cans is sickening also.
