I arrived at my scheduled time to be informed they did not have my tires and didn't know when they would arrive.

Very professional and nice, Carl said I could come by any time for check and air. Today I went in again because same tire keeps losing air. My son told me to have them check valve. Roman put order for replacement and was told to come back with any further issues. The guys at this shop really take care of their customers!!

The service tech was understanding and ensured me that he would work me into their schedule, which he did. All employees were courteous, patient and thorough. My experience was great!

I had only asked for them to check the pressure but they were thorough and suggested putting it on the rack to inspect. The root cause was a nail in the tire which they complimentarily plugged.
