First time going to this location. I went in on a Saturday to have a tune up and purge value replacement and oil change. When i went in i told the lady what i wanted done and she went and talked to someone in back and told me that they had to do a diagnostic test to see what was going on with my car first and that they would let me know what was wrong and how much it would cost. I was told that the diagnostic fee would be credit back if i had the work done there. i already knew what was going on with my car and what i wanted done but said ok. So the mechanic called me and told me exactly what i already knew needed to be done to my car. i told them to go ahead and get it fixed. when i picked up the car and paid the $1162 it took to fix it. when i looked at the invoice yesterday(Sunday) i noticed that they did NOT credit the diagnostic fee back and when i called the lady that answered the phone told me oh no we dont credit that fee back. I really do like the work that they done on my car, how quickly it was done and the service that i got but dont like the fact that i told them what i wanted to be done to my car and they told me i had to pay them $175 to diagnose it and they did exactly what i told them i wanted done to my car. They also told me that i had to have some other work done but it wasnt anything major but it needed to be done and gave me a quote for it. i am pleased with the service and work they done on my car but not happy that i felt mislead about the diagnostic fee. Note taken if you know what you want done to your car do not let them charge you the fee. On the edge about going back but i really do like the service that i received there being the first time ever going.
