  My engine overheating light came on right in front of this Express Oil change. I coasted into the lot, and George immediately came out to assist me. I apparently had a coolant leak, and my engine was overheating. George immediately checked my vehicle, added some coolant, and sent me safely on my way. He was most helpful and courteous. He saved me from possible damage and lot of expense. I am very grateful for his assistance. He well represents the company.

  Great experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers - Newnan Crossing. I’ve always taken all of my service vehicles there, and they’ve consistently done a great job. Brandon, the assistant manager, handled my oil change this time and was professional, efficient, and honest. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and the price was very fair. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

  This shop does an exceptional job at helping you get back on the road quickly. I've had 2 separate incidents that brought me here- first time was a flat where the tech changed me into my spare wheel for free so I came back for the tire. The most recent was last week with a broken cv axle and engine mounts. Justin discovered that the engine mounts were bad and we're what caused the bad axle in the first place, rather than stopping at simply replacing the axle just to have it happen again. Also, a part didn't come in on time to get done the same day, but they were able to get me on the road safely for the weekend to come back immediately that Monday. My car, which is a bit older, drives better now than it has in awhile. This has probably been going on for awhile, and escaped the notice of other places. They do good work- accurate, timely, investigative, polite, don't mind explaining things to you. Price is decent- not cheap, not expensive, but fair.
