We soon received a confirmation email for a rental car, and got ready to get on a taxi to the Newnan Enterprise location when we received a phone call from their manager saying that whoever sent me the confirmation didn’t have the right to do it! …they had no car available at their facility (despite the confirmation email we received). Obviously, we were disappointed and requested explanation. The person we spoke too was abrupt, repeating there are no cars and just hanged up on us!! Terrible experience!

I rented a mid size SUV for 1 week while I had to take my car back for more repairs. The car I was initially given, was just not the most comfortable ride for me personally and I asked to have it swapped- no issues whatsoever. I ended up forgetting a Christmas gift in the front seat when I dropped it back off, and Mo was able to recover it from their lost & found and held it for me until I picked it back up. Stellar experience and it could not have gone smoother. You read one star reviews on here and wonder if people are just upset over policy that employees try to maintain, because this staff did everything they could to ensure I was happy and taken care of. Thank you!
