  I been coming here for a while getting my oil change Cedric was very professional and never pressured me to get extra services but explain what may can happen and this is why I would keep coming back. You’re never pressured to get any extra services.

  My experience was horrible. Being a new customer and not completely understanding the pricing scaling system and being told after the service was completed my vehicle needed an extra quart of oil without my approval. I was stuck paying over $100 for an oil change I initially had a coupon for $25 off. I will never return as this was quite upsetting

  I'm miles from home and having lights on & off on dashboard. From t was great. The young man was very nice, polite and friendly. He smiled a lot and it's rare you have a great first encounter like that anywhere. Told them what was going on and they were able to do everything I needed. Any replacements they showed me the one they took out and before putting in a new one they held it up to see, I supposed to assure me they were being honest. The young lady was very pleasant and discussed what needed to be done, costs and if I wanted to proceed. They took my car quickly and they worked well, no short cuts and had my car ready in less than 30 minutes. Kudos to the young woman who was under the hood also, never seen a woman working on a car and she was very knowledgeable. Way to go young lady! I will recommend them highly

  The guys were very professional friendly they were very prompt they inform me on things that they can make my engine run better which I took them up on the offers I would probably use them again I like Grease monkey anyway this is the third time I've used them not that location though but I think they're pretty good company 👍👍👍

  travelay March 15th, 2026 is a day I won't forget. I took my 1999 Chevy Tahoe to Grease Monkey 6163 Jonesboro Rd Morrow, GA 30260 (Store #1040) for something simple-an oil change. Nothing major. Just routine maintenance on a truck that means everything to me. This isn't just any vehicle. My grandfather left this truck for me when he passed. It's something I've held onto, something I've taken care of, something I've driven every single day to get to work and handle my responsibilities. When I left the shop, something didn't feel right. I heard a loud rattling sound-like metal scraping. That's not something you expect after an oil change. As I turned around to go back, my engine locked up completely in the middle of the road. My son was in the car with me. I was stuck, panicking, nearly causing an accident-and when I got out to look, all the oil had drained out of my truck. Later, someone from the shop came and told me the truth: they put the wrong oil filter on my truck. They also admitted they didn't follow proper procedures before letting me drive off. Because of that mistake, my engine is gone. It's been 2 weeks, and I still haven't heard from corporate or a district manager. My truck is still sitting at their location, and I have no transportation. This isn't just about a vehicle. This is about negligence, accountability, and something sentimental being taken from me.
