  This has to be worse one . They don’t ever know anything . NEVER answer the phone. You can make a reservation and you’ll sit for several hrs because they don’t have anything regardless of you booking weeks in advance . They’ll gaslight you to death and whatever’s wrong they’ll try to make it seem like it’s YOUR fault where the screwed up at . They have to be the most confident incompetent workers ive ever experienced. It’s like renting from middle schoolers . Mount Zion would be the better choice really anywhere other than them you book one car they NEVER have it then they’ll try to bully you into a different car . I’ve been sitting an hour listening to them gaslight people about them charging them more because THEY KNEW they didn’t have the car that was booked and they claim they can keep the same rates but they’re charging peoples cards 100s more . Currently attempting to do the same to me and someone else. Shorty in the pic below customer service is TERRIBLE the way she speak to ederly people is disgusting

  The service here was exceptional. I have been renting from enterprise over 10 years. Any situation the customer service is phenomenal. Although I did have a problem not due to them they helped me to handle the situation with ease when returning the car. Thank you.

  I needed a rental for a last minute road trip before Easter. Brenae was able to help me she really saved my life! She was very sweet and patient and knowledgeable! Everyone here was very sweet and helpful they have a great team. I will be back!

  Never rent from this location! Horrible experience and customer service. Due to their negligence and lack of communication! I missed picking up my child passport, my daughter trip was delayed 6hrs. No one in the establishment was able to accommodate their lack of, and I had to travel 1.5 hours away to find a location that was able to get me in a car and assist. The other manager from that further location even stayed after hours when I told him everything I went thru with this location! I spent $75 in ubers back and forth to this location and the 4 female at the desk showed no concern! And no there were not detailers I have been renting from Enterprise for over 7yrs I am fully capable of what they are able to do when they are willing to assist!

  Brenae Mims is absolutely HORRIBLE at her job. We booked our rental through Expedia. It said it had the passenger van at this location. So my husband went to pick it up and said they told him they didn’t have it but they had a Mercedes van for $48 more than the one we booked. She told us “well it’s a Mercedes” like that makes us care anymore about the up charge. We shouldn’t have to pay an additional $48 when online it said the one we booked was available. But we needed a rental because we had to get on the road. My husband signed the paperwork and went to leave with the van. She came running back out screaming across the parking lot the card declined. My husband checked the bank account and saw it in fact did not decline and let her know. She was insisting on swiping his card again. Finally She rechecked and said oh Nevermind it didn’t decline. He then asked for a corporate number. And she just handed him her card. I guess that hurt her little feelings because then she decided to tell my husband she was just going to go ahead and cancel the rental and then said “oh by the way I forgot to mention. The van is out of diesel.” She “forgot” but was happy to take the up charge and cause us to have issues if we would have gotten the rental or she just straight up wanted to lie just to have something to say because she was mad we were going to make a complaint about her unprofessional behavior. Either way. She’s shady and unprofessional and needs to find a different job. Customer service obviously isn’t her thing. And by the way it seems as if they love to say cars “aren’t available” at this location because she made a few phone calls to inform other people with reservations their cars also weren’t available. Yall go over to Stockbridge though. They are WAY nicer and we’re happy to file a complaint for us against Brenae. Have the day you deserve Brenae.
