While getting a donut, there was a brown roach crawling on the brown boxes that the donuts go into. I handed the donut to the yound woman behind the counter and explained why it should go into the trash. She chuckled and tossed the donut. It was an odd response, but there you have it. I would NOT dare consume any food OUTSIDE of a wrapping. I was so disappointed. This is my favorite QT.
- FHFrank HoltzclawJul 8, 20252.0I wanted to purchase more than I was comfortable standing in a line holding: 4-cans of bang, 2-Big Q drinks, 2-Big Q cups of ice 1-64oz refil BigQ thermos And 4-bag of planters P-nuts Waited in slow line 1-girl working 3-lines im up to the attendant I have my 4cans of drink w-me I give her the rest of my order she said she would prefer i bring all of it up to regester so she can get it ranged up correctly I offered to call it our again to ring up ( NO) the new girl come from the back & saide who ever unloaded the truck put it all in a pile and had just told her the whole ra k of chips were all in the wrong places...i went get my stuff together so she can see i actually want to pay for everything I called out ,and wouldn't you k ow it 3 fountain drinks were not working 2 were the ones I had came after back to the line to purchase my 4 cann drinks longer story short poor girl has a superiority complex problem:{

The urinal looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and the floor smelled and looked like it had been mopped with dirty water — it was genuinely unpleasant. That said, the customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly, efficient, and kept things moving quickly even during busy times. If the cleanliness matched the quality of the service, this place would be an easy five stars.
