- VVVictoriaDec 20, 20255.0In the past I had an incredible experience with Mavis and nothing has changed I went in because my car was having trouble coming to an immediate stop when driving at higher speeds i voiced my concerns to Rico and Ms. Hunter upon walking in and they listened and helped me right away. The initial inspection was free and completed in less than 15-20 minutes. Rico drew up my work order and reviewed with me the price was decent for everything that needed to be replaced. Throughout the process Rico and other staff updated me on timeframes, what was happening with parts, and checking on me if anything changed. Even to the smallest details of lowering the TV so that I could read my book Ms. Hunter went out her way to make the environment more comfortable as I waited. When it was time I pulled out of Mavis and my car is driving smooth and feels so much safer and healthier! Thank you to the manger and his team on today’s Saturday shift. Happy holidays!
