- KGKeysha Giddens4 days ago1.0⚠️Horrible experience!! ~Tricked me out of oil cleaner ~Was not able to get a tire rotation (system down) ~Was not able to get tires balanced (system down) ~Told me I needed 2 filters, I said I’ll replace one, of course they replaced the most expensive one WITHOUT asking me which one I’d prefer ~I had to ask them to replace the blades, they did not check those -~I paid 209.82 for an oil change, blades and a filter. Now, I must pay more money to go get tires rotated. 🙃 *Please go elsewhere folks!!!🤷🏾♀️

Replied Yes - after a wait was directed to a rack and someone started draining the oil. Soon a tech with a dipstick shows it to me and suggested an oil flush? Declined and was asked if I wanted regular oil - replied yes - not synthetic. Oil change continued and was then led to waiting room and cashier and was told I had received a FULL SERVICE PREMIUM SYNTHETIC BLEND WITH ENGINE MAX @74.99 - I went in for a Standard Oil Change WE32999 @ $29.99 - Supposedly received $25.00 discount and had to pay $58.37 to leave. One person performed the entire service? On my car including the draining without ever going under it! Very talented person to do it all without leaving my sight. Unhappy is the nicest thing I can say about this occurrence. If anyone wants to check date 12/22/2025 Inv.01017-25266139
