I understand that some matters are outside of the staff’s direct control, and I am not trying to get anyone in trouble. That said, my most recent rental did not meet the usual standards I have experienced. The vehicle had a strong smoke odor, and I am a non-smoker. It also was not as clean as expected at pickup. Additionally, the vehicle appeared to need maintenance attention, as dashboard warning lights were illuminated and the tires or alignment may need to be checked. While I appreciate the team’s efforts to accommodate customers, this particular rental was not in the best condition. Overall, my experiences with Enterprise have been positive, and I am confident these concerns can be addressed moving forward
