Terrible customer service. I reserved and paid for a truck 12 days in advance, and on the day of my trip they told me they had nothing for me — not even a similar vehicle. They refused to transfer my reservation to another location and said I’d have to do it myself. Because of their failure, my trip for 8 people was completely canceled.
I was also told a corporate manager would contact me, and no one ever called or emailed. This place is unprofessional, unreliable, and I will never use them again.

ZERO STARS — Terrible Experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I reviewed all the policies before arriving to pick up my vehicle, including the rule that if you’re using a debit card, you cannot have a past-due balance. I brought a gas bill that clearly showed a ZERO past-due balance. The clerk refused to accept it because she said the bill showed a “previous balance,” when in reality, the bill showed a balance moving forward—not a past-due amount. That balance moving forward had already been paid and removed from the bill total, which is why the statement clearly showed no past-due balance. 0.00 past due!!! She understood this and acknowledged it, yet still refused to rent me the vehicle.
To make things worse, I scheduled transportation through Enterprise when I made my reservation. No one ever showed up. I called multiple times to check the status and no one answered the phone.
Customer service contacted the manager and told me I would receive a call back. That call never happened.
I’ve rented from Enterprise several times before and never experienced anything like this. Between the unprofessional behavior, the refusal to follow their own policy, the lack of communication, and the $40 I wasted on Uber, Enterprise has officially lost a customer.

I rented a car. The pick up waiting time were just few minutes.Then I needed one more day of my rental, just called them I said I need one more day and they said okay all set. It was really easy. When I returned the car I just said return and they told me you good to go. I said wow that fast? I had Wonderful experience. They really are updated.

Morrow, Ga cars are great but this last time it wasn’t.Car had a funny feeling when driving, like an obstruction in the under carriage, didn’t feel right/safe so I didn’t use it on my trip. Was parked for 3 days, waste of money.
