Last reservation I returned car after hours on a Sunday approximately 4pm only to be told Monday they don't have the car. I've used and remained loyal due to bad experiences I had with competitors. Im not sure who I will use now. Had reservation for today and was contacted this morning saying they don't have my vehicle requested. I wasn't mad. I said just need SUV with leg room. Was told oh ok, I got you. I get dropped off during my lunch break by Uber. No line or anything. Im told we only have Malibu. I didn't want but was desperate. I said ok. I was sent out to look at car and then the guy come to door saying it's a hold on that. I then start seeing other customers come and cars being brought from back. I asked how do you have cars for them? Was told they had reservations. Not sure how MY reservation was different but that's what I was told. If someone sees this, you can see i use you frequently and have given rave reviews in the past. It's now 330 pm and I'm scrambling with no way to attend my child's graduation from Army Basic training in SC. This is inexcusable and unforgivable. Enterprise you have really hurt me.
