  Called this location today and gave my information “J” he is not a listener and he tried to blow me off and I had ALL information needed. He then put me on hold and hung up the phone TWICE.. hey J if this job is not for you find another job that does not require customer service. I am currently on HOLD for the 3rd time and this time someone has picked up and place the phone on hold. NO GREETING no voice heard just straight on hold.. morrow definitely need to do better and coach “J” better about customer service I travel and have never encountered an enterprise employee like “J” not in person nor OVER the phone until today

  Great team, but one unwelcoming, under-valued interaction. ​Most of the staff here were wonderful to work with, but I left with a mixed impression due to one specific instance. My experience would have been five stars if not for one employee at the front desk. When I approached the desk for help while he was on a call the vibe I got was very unwelcoming. I completely respect that he was busy, but instead of acknowledging me and offering a polite signal that he’d be with me in a moment, he gave me a look that felt dismissive—almost as if he was annoyed that I was standing there. The representative just stared at me with an expression that implied I was wrong for even walking up. ​It wasn't a 'please hold on' look; it was a 'can't you see I'm busy?' look. It made me feel like I was being brushed off rather than helped. It’s a shame, because the rest of the team when I first arrived was great, but that during that second visit, the vibe was definitely rude. Just that interaction left a bad taste in my mouth even though the rest of the process went smoothly, someone else was able to address my questions more professionally.

  Tiara and James give unprofessional and terrible customer service, tiara even had me wait for over and hour as she went on lunch break and I ended up going to another one in morrow. Tried again and they called this vehicle an upgrade from special standard... Looks like I rented from the brady bunch family. Seats looked unclean and dash mirror fallen before I was out the parking lot.

  Report an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at your location on 12/13 involving the on-duty manager. The manager was extremely rude, disrespectful, and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and customer service. After waiting for a vehicle, we were provided a dirty car with visible white stains on the seat, which is entirely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and quality standards. When I addressed the issue and requested a different vehicle, the manager stated that he could not accommodate the request, claimed there were no other cars available, and said the location was closed. This response was particularly frustrating, as the issue stemmed from Enterprise’s failure to properly clean and detail the vehicle, not from any fault of the customer. The situation could have been easily corrected by providing a clean replacement vehicle or offering a reasonable solution. Instead, the manager chose to be dismissive and unhelpful, escalating what should have been a simple fix into a negative and unacceptable experience. I have never had an issue with this location in the past, but due to this manager’s behavior and lack of accountability, I will not be returning. Additionally, I intend to ensure that corporate partners, including Piedmont Healthcare, are made aware of this experience before engaging in any future business with Enterprise. This situation reflects poorly on your brand, and I hope it is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

  To have to rent here for work every time I actually hated when I had to walk into this establishment! The Manager and ALL the employees were AWFUL! They all lacked Customer Service -- But babyyy I'm Soooo happy there's a NEW Crew here!! You could tell there was a shift in the atmosphere - you seen smiling and willing faces ready to Service paying customers! I really appreciate how they made my Rental experience comfortable and smooth! Excellent customer Service...10 out of 10 ... I do recommend :)
