They were willing to make a trade (after picking up the first rental) by giving me a car with power seats (and they did it quickly). Considering I'd been in an accident (it was a trying process) they were always courteous & did the best for me that they could. My insurance would only pay for 4 additional days after totaling my car out. Enterprise offered to allow me to keep the rental at the same price per day. Thanks Max & Brandon

The process renting and returning the car went smoothly with no hiccups. If you need a rental vehicle, I strongly recommend this specific location to be your one-stop solution!

Allstate reserved a rental for me, waited over 40 mins just to receive a dirty rental. Car smelled so bad, I requested air freshener luckily a customer had some. They washed the outside of the car but didn't even try to clean the inside. I didn’t want to wait any longer, so I left and cleaned the inside when I arrived home which took me another 30 mins to do so. Unacceptable! Work smart not harder, while they are checking the cars back in, wipe the car down while doing so....
