Even before stepping foot in the dealership, Clyde worked with me on pricing and ensured everything was aligned with my expectations. When I arrived, he honored the agreed-upon price without any surprises, and the entire transaction was smooth and stress-free. Clyde was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle features and never once came across as pushy. I was purchasing a Lincoln for my parents, and he patiently walked me through all the details, taking extra time to make sure I understood everything. He even gave us space—per our request—to sit and decide between the Aviator and the Nautilus, leaving us alone for an hour to make the best choice. We ultimately went with the Nautilus, which turned out to be the perfect size. Even the finance department, which can sometimes be a bit aggressive with add-ons, was refreshingly professional and respectful. Overall, I highly recommend Allan Vigil Lincoln and especially Clyde. We’re already considering coming back for an Aviator when the timing and price are right!

- MWMichael WaddellAug 4, 20251.0Laughable car sales group all around. I inquired on a new/leftover Navigator and while the immediate contact was on par with Lincoln brand, the aftermath was not. They lowballed our trade in so badly (10k less than any other dealer) that we ended up going to another Lincoln dealer. We purchased the new Navigator with ease at Long-Lewis Lincoln in Hoover AL and with a gorgeous new vehicle along with 1.9% from Lincoln finance directly…… I don’t understand how Allan Vigil stays in business. They won’t be receiving any of mine or my soldiers business in the future. Word of mouth is everything in car sales. Allan Vigil blew it.
