    There's no words to express how happy I am with the Allan Vigil Lincoln Service Team, I was having a problem with a weird sound from my 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid, it was close to closing but I left a message anyway. They took the time to call after-hours, and said I could come in the next day. I did and they took care of my issue, when they thought it might take longer, they had a loaner available, however eventually before I drove off in the loaner, they said that they found the issue and that my car was ready. Wow, see even though they had a loaner for me they continue to diagnose my car instead of putting it off. Now that's customer service all around. From start to finish. Thank you. Jennifer and Ricardo for checking on me and keeping me informed and to the technician for getting my car back on the road. You're the Best! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to Allan Vigil Lincoln Morrow.

    I dropped off my Lincoln Aviator on December 8, 2025, for multiple recalls, routine filter changes, and an investigation into ongoing vibrations. The service advisor assured me it would take "a couple of days," so I planned accordingly for a short inconvenience during the work week. Fast forward 14 business days (16 total days), and my vehicle is still not ready. After the initial estimate passed with no update, I had to chase status reports myself. After 7 business days, a call suggested it might be ready by end of that week or early the next. On Monday (this week), after 4 unanswered calls and ignored voicemails, I was finally told the last recall was wrapping up Tuesday morning, and then they'd start on the vibration issue. Tuesday: 6 more calls throughout the day – again, no answers or returned messages. Eventually, Service Lane Manager Holly Buchanan texted me admitting there was still unfinished recall work (contradicting Monday's update), so it's not even in line for the vibration diagnosis at this point. No proactive updates, no loaner vehicle offered despite the extreme delay, and no sense of urgency or apology from management. I've had to scramble for rides, adjust work schedules, rearrange family Christmas plans, and rely on friends for transportation – all during the busiest time of year. The front desk staff have been polite and tried their best to connect me with advisors/management, but they're clearly limited by the systemic issues behind the scenes. This level of disorganization and lack of customer care is inexcusable for a Lincoln dealership. Allan Vigil Ford Lincoln will never touch my vehicle again, and I strongly recommend considering other options for service. Save yourself the frustration – go elsewhere.

    Very disappointed in my purchase of a used vehicle at the Morrow location. My family has been doing business with this place since 2011 so I trusted that I would have a good purchasing experience. Please by all means If you choose this place, make sure you check and double check the vehicle before you sign any documents otherwise you will be stuck. I paid 2k down on a used vehicle and once I got the vehicle home, I started noticing a lot of things that should have been repaired before I was even presented with the vehicle for purchase. Absolutely horrific!!!

    My experience buying my car at Allan Vigil Lincoln was fantastic. The sales department, along with our sales rep, Floretta, went out of their way to make the purchase of our shiny new Lincoln possible and very enjoyable. I highly recommend that you give Floretta and her team a chance before settling on another dealership. PS: My new Nautilus is AWESOME!
