I have bought several new vehicles over the years, and to be honest this was the best experience of them all. Everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. We arrived at 11:00 am, was completely finished by 1:30pm. I was riding in my 2024 Ford F250 by 2pm after a fresh detail! I would like to thank our salesperson April, her help for the day (it was busy) co-saleswoman Teri, and the Finance Manager Monte! They all made the experience amazing!

Poor service seems to be the norm at your dealership. Our vehicle was brought in for a recall and promised to be returned in 2 days. After 5 days, it was returned and we had to call to get a status because no one reached out to us to inform us it would take longer than the 2 days. Left messages, no return call. Called the service dept, a male answered who was very unprofessional and did not provide his name. same on the Service Manager for accepting such poor customer service for your customers. It are stay selective who they provide parity service to.

hello, my name is Melissa Harris and I would like to give an update on my situation. I came to Allen vigil Ford trying to get me a car and I bought a car and it lasted me for five years now the head gasket has gone out the car, but I still owe on this car. I still have to pay the payments $24,000 for this car and I only owe 4700. I’m going back to the people that I bought the car from trying to see if they could help me, but now they’re saying that my credit is so whatever they want to say that they’re not able to work with me unless I pay a high card note of almost $560 but mind you I’ve been paying 320 for the last five years to the same dealership. Well maybe not to the dealership because you know they sell the loans to other people but not only did they not help me with the car they completely messed up my credit I started at a five 2560 now at a 430. They got all these places that run my credit deny me. I don’t need no credit agent when I’m your loyal customer the one that invested $24,000 into a car. I’m only paying the car now because I want to be a responsible person, I wanna make sure I handle what I owe despite my credit. I know this is a big corporation and there’s nothing much that I can do. I just want everybody to know about my situation now I am in a situation where no one wants to get me a car. They actually ruined my credit by running it so many times I don’t understand to still be denied but mind you I had been same credit five years ago when I came into the same location and was able to get help

I will never use this car repair service again. And would suggest to anyone that reads this post to reconsider your choice if you want good customer service too do the same. I had my car towed to this dealership two weeks ago and every time I called about the brake line repair I was told a different lie. My service advisor, Jennifer Cochran, told me the day the car was towed there that there was six cars ahead of me. After 3 days and no word about the diagnosed problem I called back. Jennifer then told me there were 9 cars ahead of me (?), when I asked how that's possible I got no reply. Two days later I was called with the repair cost, once I agreed to make the repair I was told two more days were needed to order the part. Seven days later, after not hearing from the repair service advisor I call again only to find out the car had been repaired several days prior but I was never notified. I requested during this process to speak with a service manager, but was sent to a voice mail box. I left a message and have yet to hear back. The lack of customer service is so bad I will never take either of my cars to them again!! It is by far the worst customer service I have ever had. These people don't want your business and don't appreciate you as a customer. I would say more about this but I think the important point has been made. Find another repair service!!!

my name is Melissa Harris and I sit here broken down on the road in my 2014 Ford escape that I got from this dealership five years ago I made a post and they told me to call them and they was gonna work some things out for me, but Mr. Harris is the manager and Ron is the salesman they have all my information I came up there and they wasn’t willing to work with me even though I’ve been a faithful customer for five years even though I pay my car note despite you having a blown head gasket because your credit is not as good they make it hard for you if I had a great credit score, I could walk out of there paying the 320 that I’ve been paying for the last five years and just to jump to 560 even the dealership salesman Ron asked me could I pay 215 every two weeks and then when I agree to it, he say oh no, no no no we can’t work that out we can’t allow you to pay 215 every two weeks we need more just not fair too set someone up for failure i’m the same person been paying off this car i started at 24.000 and only owe 5000 how faithful is that and no one is will too work with melissa Harris and someone find the million dollar owner of this dealership for me i need too do a thousand reviews till i meet the owner and tell him how unfair these people are being too there faithful long time customer
