I am ALWAYS pleased with my service at Alan Vigil Morrow. The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating .
From rolling in to rolling out they don’t miss a trick. They confirm your arrival, address concerns you have, present issues and choice of remedies and get the job done!
To top it off the food is good and reasonable too and the waiting area quite comfortable.
Makes the visit not so dreadful!

I want to be very clear that my salesperson was excellent — responsive, kind, and the only consistent communicator throughout this entire process. She did her best within a situation that was clearly outside of her control, and she deserves recognition for that.
Unfortunately, the overall dealership experience was extremely disappointing. After paperwork was completed and my trade was surrendered, communication from the dealership all but disappeared. Timelines shifted repeatedly, questions went unanswered, and attempts to get clear information in writing were ignored.
Most concerning was the complete lack of engagement from management, including the General Manager. Despite multiple attempts to communicate and resolve concerns, there was no proactive outreach, no apology, and no meaningful effort to make the situation right. Any goodwill provided was minimal and only after I insisted at delivery.
I am now in the vehicle, but the process to get here was stressful, unnecessarily chaotic, and handled poorly by dealership leadership. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in the dealership, despite having been a repeat customer.
I would recommend the salesperson without hesitation. I cannot recommend the dealership or its management based on this experience.

I recently had my truck in for warranty work, and Tonya Swaim, my service advisor, was absolutely phenomenal. She communicated clearly throughout the entire process, kept me updated on what was happening, and explained all the next steps along the way. She made sure I was 100% satisfied from start to finish.
I couldn’t be more thankful for her professionalism and attention to detail. I’m happy to have my truck back, and the service department did a wonderful job getting everything taken care of. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Allan Vigil Ford in Morrow thanks to April and Shed! April provided outstanding customer service and made the entire process easy, smooth, and stress-free. She really listened to what I wanted and helped me get into the exact SUV I was looking for.
Shed, the finance manager, was just as great—he explained everything clearly, made financing simple, and helped me feel confident in my decision. I was a nervous wreck. Together, they made the whole experience professional, efficient, and pleasant.
I truly appreciate their patience and dedication. If you’re looking for great service and a hassle-free car-buying experience, ask for April—you won’t be disappointed!

This was my first time bringing my vehicle in for service, as I needed to address a recall. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I expected.
Upon arrival, it was somewhat confusing to locate the service department. I asked two different employees for directions and received two different answers.
When I met with my service representative, Kimberlee, the interaction felt somewhat impersonal. After the service was completed, I requested that my vehicle be washed. The following day, I received a text stating that my vehicle was ready, and I requested shuttle service for pickup. Kimberlee informed me via text that the shuttle would leave within 10–15 minutes. However, over an hour later, the driver called and explained that he had been given the wrong address in a different city. As a result, I had to make alternative arrangements to get to the dealership.
When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it had not been washed as requested, and it was close to closing time. Overall, there were multiple issues during what should have been a straightforward visit.
I hope this feedback is helpful and that future service experiences can be improved.
