  My vehicle had a service recall. The Ford Bronco was serviced as promised and returned with vip top of the line service by the service tech. From walking into the dealership to drop my car and being assigned to the agent, then having my vehicle returned all cleaned up was 100% top tier service. Each person was very professional and through with information about the services rendered. Thank you Allan Vigil Ford. My long standing history will continue after this last experience. A.   Darryl Milton was by far the most personable, pleasant car salesman I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with. My husband and I were down on our luck, our future was not looking too terribly bright but Darryl worked with us to find an affordable, safe, and reliable car option for us and our little girl. He broke everything down, showed patience of a saint, and took his time to make sure he answered every question and made sure no stone was left unturned.   They found with testing I had transmission trouble. It took awhile because several were in front of me to be serviced. They gave me a very nice Lincoln to drive while mine was in the shop. They had to order parts for a new transmission. All this time I was receiving text from Tylan to keep me updated on the status of my car. I was so happy to hear my car was ready! There was no charge because it was still under warranty. I did not have to pay anything out of my pocket! I would tell anyone that Allan Vigil Ford Lincoln is the best for servicing your vehicle needs!

  Having worked in a service department for 3 years, I am appalled by the lack of professionalism at Allan Vigil Ford/Lincoln. I scheduled service 6 weeks in advance, yet my vehicle sat for days without being touched. My advisor, Tylan Harris, and managers Holly Buchanan and Jeff Murrell consistently ignored my calls and voicemails, only responding once I escalated the issue to Lincoln Corporate. Most concerning was an attempt to return my vehicle unfinished right before my vacation—a clear case of survey suppression to avoid a negative score. The logistics were a disaster; a scheduled valet return never showed up, leaving me without my car even longer. This is not the luxury experience Lincoln promises. Avoid this service department until they implement basic communication standards and stop manipulating customer satisfaction metrics.

  I will keep this as short as possible. I will also edit the review, however AV Ford is probably not going to be able to redeem itself. 2021 F150, 2 recall noticed received late summer sometime. 1-Back up camera freezing, safety hazard 2 received maybe 2 weeks later Low Pressure fuel pump failure. I called Allan Vigil (AV) service to schedule and was told November would be the earliest time for repair. I s heduled for the week of Thanksgiving 2025. Im going to short hand a little more. Took for recalls repairs the day scheduled in Novemeber. Was told the Low pressure fuel pump was an advisory with no fix yet and I didnt have to leave the truck, they could send out a mobile tech the following Tuesday to my job. Ok, lets do that 12/2/25 at 9am on the schedule. 12/2 9am call received. " sir mobile tech says it takes 6hrs and you'll have to bring it in". Ok when? Any time sire ill talk to the GM and make it work. Ok Friday 12/5 730 am. Arrived 730 am, nobody seemed to know i was coming. Service advisor informed me that in fact it would be more than 6hrs and possibly a couple of days. Scheduled and dropped off the truck 1 week prior to this post. I have called 3 times to check on progress and was told that they would start today. I doubt they did. The truck has not moved in 7 days. Thankfully I have the means to deal with this crap. But if I had to rent a truck and rely on this for daily transportation then I would have missed 1 weeks work and 3 band concerts that my kid performs in. This is why dealerships have a bad reputation and always will. Ps the lighting in the show room is terrible and old, but worse than that the service area lighting is so dim it represents an unprofessional environment.
