I dropped by car off b/c of rim/tire damage. I was told that the rims could be repaired in 2-3 days. I rented a car from Enterprise at the dealership. It has been 5 business days and I have called 8 times for an update. Each time I was transferred to the person handling my issue and it went to voicemail. I called requested to schedule a service and described my situation and we got disconnected mid sentence (they hung up on me). I purchased 3 vehicles from Allan Vigil, the last Ford that I bought was from Courtesy Ford, 25 miles from my house, even though Allan Vigil is much closer. This is why I chose not to use their services. I hate driving so far, but the service (pun intended) is terrible.
I purchased a 2025 Lincoln Corsair in 2025 from Allan Vigil Dealership. I needed an oil change and pick Allan Vigil for my oil change although I've had a bad experiences with them since purchasing my SUV. Sure enough, got there at 9 am and they were not done with my oil change until 11 am. That's ridiculous!! I had to go to work and was really late. I asked before they started the service how long. Tylin told me 1 hour. In addition to, I did not get the free car wash service that is offered. So not only did it take them 2 hours, I didn't even get the car washed. Moving forward... It's best that I take my car to a different Lincoln Dealership. I've had better experience in the past with their competitors. Smh
If I could 0 stars I would. The Service Dep sucks. I came in today on 3/30 around 5 pm. They do not close until 8. Someone for Lincoln came out when a customer pulled up, almost immediately. As for FORD, which is the dep I need NOBODY came out. I had to literally walk around looking for someone and when I found someone, they were sitting in a group of 3 just talking doing absolutely NOTHING. I called prior before I made a 40 min drive. I was instructed to take my car to service when I got there. I only needed a back piece mirror cover and the mirror. They didn’t even bother to come out to look at it. She just rudely told me their techs were gone. And that would probably be a 3/4 day job. A SIDE MIRROR installation is NOT a 3/4 job. I asked well can someone at least come look at it? Because obviously they were just being LAZY! A waste of time and gas. Absolutely would NOT recommend this Ford location to anyone.

Brought my 2024 Nissan Altima in for service that I purchased fm Allen Vigil ( I have a service contract), and fm the initial contact with the individual who reluctantly and dismissively assisted me to confirm my appt (had to call 2 days in a row trying to talk to a service advisor and they NEVER answer the phone), to finally getting an service appt for an oil change, tire rotation, balance, and frontend alignment which began at 7:30am until almost 1 pm! My service advisor was not the most attentive, and seemed a bit annoyed when I had to call after I left the dealership (had to call a supervisor to get a return call), because my frontend alignment was swerving in the opposite direction (right) of the side I came into get corrected. I was advised this morning (after having to come back), that I may incur an additional cost for a diagnostic, but I just wanted the frontend corrected and to see if the tire balance was done correctly because my car was still shaking when I drive it. Needless to say, I am extremely unhappy with the unsympathetic customer service received, along with the fact that I had to return for service I thought was completed on my initial visit, just to be advised I may incur additional costs.
