  El peor establecimiento de lavados de autos. Te costó es muy elevado y el servicio es malísimo. Ni siquiera tienen toallas para secar o limpiar tu auto. No volvería a venir

  I just happened to swing through for a quick wash on my filthy car since I work in the area, I pulled up to pay and the very nice guy helped me pay and the nice lady proceed to tell me I had a dead bird in my grill! I was mortified to say the least, I didn't know what to do, but the really nice guy who started helping me pay got gloves and got the dead bird out. The lady helped me finish the transaction, and I went on through. Bless them for going above and beyond! If I could give 10 stars I would!

  If I could leave 0 stars i definitely would , brought my truck here to get a decent wash and leave with Scratches and chipped the pain all over my truck told the Manager I wanted the num er for Corp. Office and was told they don't give out that number to anyone and he said I'll do a incident report asking for my name and phone number and asking for my email I don't give out my email and I told him I wanted someone from Corp. To contact me he walks away ignoring me . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE , POOR CAR WASH IF IT LEAVES SCRATCHES ALL OVER YOUR VEHICLE.

  Last week I went to Mister car wash in Monroe with my Toypta 4 runner 2017. I got the basic car wash after a high pressured sales man to save me on a membership. im like Im doing the basic 10 b4 I do anything got the was and was a quick vacuum and went home . Every day out of habit I check the wear line on the tires. To my surprise I found an identical deep wear line on all 4 tires in the same spot. I went back, the guy took pictures with an ipad and pointed to a camera and said someone would get back to me Brendon at my email and phone number. Its been 3 days no call no email so i look up to call then and hit the reviews button. The 1st review I read is for another Toyota 4 runner got damaged. This company does not take resposibility for your car if it gets damaged. I only drove my car home and back the next day I was available. Looks like if you have an SUV with any extras or Bigger tires you will get denied a claim. I will take this further , to the better business burea and contact my attonrey so that this does not keep happening to people....come on Mister Car destroyer what is your excuse this time? Dont you have insurance for accidents like these? Here are the pictures and if you pull up think about it b4 you ride your suv into the yellow rails and tracks.I f you look at the pictures every other tread has the same dig!!!
