    Booked a 7 passenger suv 2 weeks before my trip. They had my email to contact me. Fast forward to the day of the trip, I arrive to get the vehicle and they tell me they dont have anything available. They said they tried to reach out to me last Friday but that was a blatant lie. So now i have to tell the kids we wont be going on our family spring break vacation.

    First of all, I was lied to on the phone. I told her to tell me exactly the amount that I would have to pay when I got there and that amount was 306 58 because she gave me a discount for being a member which was all great, but then when I get there to pick up the car they tell me that there’s gonna be insurance that needs to be added on which would’ve been 500 and something dollars and I declined that . Then when we get out in the parking lot, he tells me that there is a $300 deposit that needs to go on top of the 306 so now I’m over 600 And not one person has told me the truth yet. And the guy explains to me that there’s no smoking or anything in the car except for the Nissan that he gave me reeked of marijuana smell. He said he was numb Tow it because he smells it so often. It would just be nice if people in the business world would tell customers the truth from the beginning.
