Stopped by last week and was told to bring it in on Wed and they'd be happy to do it but would need it all day. Took the day off so I could take care of it. Dropped it off at 8 am...they pulled it right back for oil and filters - which is a 1hr job at most. Came back at 545pm and was told they didn't get to it. No call...no notice just didn't do the work because it didn't make them as much as other work that was available. I would have gladly taken it somewhere else today if they would have been honest. So if you want to get lied to, waste your time, and not get the work done they committed to...go see Doug and he'll take care of that for you.
