  I have had two disappointing experiences at this location, both of which occurred while the same manager, Alan, was on duty. Upon arrival, I was forced to wait 15-20 minutes, despite having a reserved rental car, which I needed for an important business matter. Unfortunately, the manager displayed rude and discriminatory behavior towards me. I reported the incident to the corporate office and was attempting to escalate the matter to a regional manager. However, Alan allegedly retaliated against me with false accusations and instructed the regional manager's staff not to contact me, thereby denying me the opportunity to share my side of the story. Furthermore, I had previously filed a complaint at the Athens location, and the manager at this location has since defamed my character.Due to his actions and rudeness, other enterprise staff refused to assist me. As a loyal customer of over 10 years, I was mistreated and contacted customer service to request deletion of my loyalty account. However, a manager reviewed my profile, made judgments based on false information, and refused to listen to my concerns. Instead, the manager argued with me, attempting to make me feel at fault. I believe this manager should be terminated due to their unprofessional behavior. Furthermore, they boasted about the company being private, implying that they can treat customers poorly without consequence. I request that you review the recording of the conversation, which documents the rude and unprofessional manner in which one of your customer service managers spoke to me, based on false accusations made by Alan.My reservation was on February 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m confirmation 1593202308

  This place truly ruined my Christmas vacation. All of my pre-planning and booking in advance was done in vain. Although I reserved weeks prior for a 2 p.m. pickup and got there at 2 p.m., they did not have a vehicle available for me. I would never patronize Enterprise again. I understand things happen but the nonchalant attitude and lack of remorse made this way worse than it already was. Replying to Enterprises response: I spoke to two customer service representatives and was met with a rental place over an hour away from me and almost double the original price quoted. Just terrible!
