Three employees, no customers, yet no greeting, no effort, and the manager himself was dismissive. Only one employee showed any courtesy. Customer service was nonexistent, and it’s clear from other reviews this isn’t an isolated issue. Small moments define loyalty, and this store failed completely — they didn’t just lose a sale, they lost a customer, my projects, my network, and any future business.
