- AAAJ3 days ago1.0This store has the worst customer service. Every time I’ve gone in there, the store manager isn’t friendly at all he argues with you about items being returned even with a receipt or warranty and refuses to help or make anything right. Something needs to be done about this, the reviews of this store speak for themselves. Will no longer use this store and will tell family and friends not to as well.

I stood around waiting for the desk clerk to finish up his conversation with a friend of his. He acknowledged my presence and I stated my issue and why I was there. Without hesitation he said "we do not do those tests when it's raining." I understand if it was a downpour outside but this was not the case at the current time. I left and received prompt attention to my issue at O'Reilly's with no fuss whatsoever. I will not return to this Auto Zone for any of my future needs.
