  Rafael and team were great. I came in to Mavis as I had a flat tire for my civic. I was given the perfect advice and then informed my tire was in good shape and I had a small rubber valve to be replaced. All the tires were checked free of cost as well as the batteries. I got very good advice on how to plan on avoiding more wear and tear to the brake pads. One of the most pleasant experiences. And they were kind to get an appointment quick as I had work to attend to.

  I spent $1400 in Novemeber 2025 to replace new tires on Tesla Y. in April within 6 months and within 7k Miles, the tire thread is already down to 2 and I'm being told by Mavis that the tire needs to replace. Now Mavis is saying they got manufacturing warranty to replace all 4 tires (with 60% discount), they still expect me to pay another $956 for new set. THINK ABOUT IT, THIS IS A SCAM. These Continental tires have performed poorly and worn out far sooner than expected. At the end of the day, this has been a loss for me as a customer. Please be careful when purchasing tires from Mavis Tire. No one will be able to help you...Very disappointing service. Mavis customer service is very RUDE.

  EDIT: PLEASE IGNORE my five star review! This was of course asked to be left BEFORE realizing the absolute “quality” of their work. Came up here to get a tire i patched myself looked at to make sure it was okay for a longer drive, of course they upsell a billion things instead and try to get every dime they can out of me. They claimed to have at least sealed said tire and that it would be perfectly fine for the four hour drive for this holiday, less than 48 hours I’m stranded on the side of 285 when I had been driving on that tire for with no issues for months. My car would have been 100000 times safer if I never came to these lazy incompetent people who do not care and just wanted my money and have completely ruined my trip and left me in the worst position possible. I will be calling corporate with names of every last person who “helped” me and I WILL BE GETTING THAT TIRE REPLACED AND NOT PAYING A DIME! All that upselling and “extra help” just to make everything worse. The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life, it almost feels intentional from them and wouldn’t be surprised if it is, and will be letting corporate know that as well. This is the best Mavis I’ve been to, they truly went above and beyond for me especially the manager Raphael and helped me get fixed up in a timely manner for a long drive ahead 🫶 I would recommend this location to anyone and they have a lot of services available with warranty or warranty options 💯
