My wife had even called the afternoon before and made an 8 a.m. appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait forever to get it fixed. The employee mentioned it was an easy fix that wouldn’t take long. I showed up right on time, and they took my car back immediately. It was an immediate red flag when the employee who greeted me suggested I go wait at the coffee place down the street instead of in their waiting area. It ended up taking a full hour and a half just to remove a nail from my tire. They didn’t seem short-staffed—employees were everywhere—and I was the only one in the waiting area for most of the time. This place is clearly inefficient and disorganized. The price wasn’t even what was quoted on the phone- 29.99, but I paid $43 just for a nail removal and a patch. I should have gone to Discount Tire instead and paid nothing but a tip for the guys. Lesson learned!
