  I had an appointment for a tire installation about 2 weeks ago at 6:30p.m. I arrived 30 minutes early, entered into the building, and was greeted with exceptional customer service. I was informed that I could have a seat in the waiting area and that my car was checked in and awaiting to be pulled into the bay for tire installation on the passenger side of my car. Customer Service was the bomb.com. Which means from the moment I arrived until the moment I paid for the services rendered to me. I was very pleased with the exceptional customer service, the clean waiting room area, and last but not least the awesome staff that was so nice and respectful. I highly recommend anyone to come here for all their vehicle needs. My experience was pleasant, fast, and awesome.

  Horrible service. Had my truck all day. Kept pushing the ready time back and in the end didn’t even touch my truck after having it for 6 hours. Sub par “mechanics” and no customer service to speak of

  If I could give a zero I would. I went in today because my truck had the low tire light on. I had filled up all of my tires including my spare and then Took in in the have the sensors checked. I figured while I was there I would go ahead and get my oil changed and tires rotated. I told the young lady at the front desk that that’s exactly what I wanted and she assured me that she would have them fix the tire pressure sensors and change the oil. I sat in the waiting room and watched them work on my truck. I noticed that they only had the tires off for a very short time and would’ve had no way to access the tire sensors, but I decided to trust them. Shortly after I was called to the register where I paid $166 thinking that that was the total amount that I owed for all of the services I was told I was getting. As soon as I got into my truck, I noticed that the low tire pressure light was still on so I hopped back out and they told me I needed to drive the truck for a while before it turned off. I know that that is sometimes the case so I did in fact drive the vehicle over 60 miles tonight. The light still has not gone off even after my attempts to manually reset it. Upon looking at the receipt, I realized that the $166 was in fact only for the oil change and they didn’t even rotate the tires. i’m new to the area and it really is upsetting to know that Milledgeville doesn’t have anything better to offer than this.
