  I made one phone call to Alyssa Crosby, Sales Professional at Five Star Toyota of Milledgeville, Georgia, and the ball was rolling. I told her exactly what I wanted; car, color, interior, motor,…and she said, “Let’s meet tomorrow at the dealership!” She didn’t have the car I wanted on the lot but I test drove a very similar car. She found 2 cars available and told me she could get it here in 13 days. It arrived on their lot, she called me with pictures of exterior and interior on my dream car. I picked it up the very next day! Shiny and clean, full tank of gas and parked out front waiting on me! Alyssa was very knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles! She got my phone connected, explained how to work the a/c and cruise control, a crash course to make sure I could get home safely. I have never experienced the ease it was doing business with all the employees of Five Star Toyota, Milledgeville. All were friendly and very professional. Although none of us like spending money, their Finance Manager, Tai, was so pleasant and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make us happy customers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the Crew, I’ve made some new friends in Milledgeville! Highly Recommend

  Had the best experience ever. Alyssa Crosby was the best she was very understanding, patient & simply amazing. Tai in finance was absolutely great he made sure we understood all the paperwork before we signed. Even days after this purchase they both continue to help me & answer any questions i may have.

  We’re on our 3rd purchase from Five Star Toyota in the last 6 months and each time has been nothing but perfect! Bradley was our sales representative for the last two and he’s the best! He’s very knowledgeable and great to work with. They offer fair pricing for trade in allowances and discount for repeat customers as well but the best part of buying a Toyota is the lifetime warranty!!! Hopefully with three new vehicle purchases we won’t be in the market for another anytime soon but they also have an amazing service department as well.

  First off, let me say Alyssa was great and I love my truck! They ask what’s the most you can pay, give you that amount, but at the end add more in order for you to have extended warranty and GAP insurance on the backside. Wasn’t really happy with that! Also, since I purchased late in the afternoon, my truck wasn’t cleaned properly just some shine on the tires. I know it was a used vehicle, but I expected more. My kids and I cleaned and freshened it up the next day.
