  We visited the Milledgeville location for the first time and bought a package. We briefly spoke to Mark and he was so kind. He went out of his way to make sure our truck was clean and we were well Taken care of. I asked if he was the owner and he told me he was the manager. I asked for his card because of his exemplary service. Every company needs a “Mark” or ten of him! Customer service is so often lost these days. What a breath of fresh air to be greeted so pleasantly, asked how our day is going and genuinely mean it, and to make sure our vehicle was taken care of to our satisfaction. Thank you Mark for such great care. We will be back and appreciate you, your kindness and up beat personality. Happy New Year, sir!

  Really need to fix all the washer brushes. Seems like every time I get a wash, something else is broke, not washing or not spraying. Let fix this. I really dont want to go back to Tidal Wave

  I'm normally never write review but this needed to be said when I went there this morning. No one was standing out side to direct me into the drive through car wash. While I was in the car wash half of the washing brushes didn't work. Also the vacuum has no powerful suction! I will not be going to this one ever again. Hope someone can do some fixing on it very soon.
