He went out of his way to make sure our truck was clean and we were well Taken care of. I asked if he was the owner and he told me he was the manager. I asked for his card because of his exemplary service. Every company needs a “Mark” or ten of him! Customer service is so often lost these days. What a breath of fresh air to be greeted so pleasantly, asked how our day is going and genuinely mean it, and to make sure our vehicle was taken care of to our satisfaction. Thank you Mark for such great care. We will be back and appreciate you, your kindness and up beat personality. Happy New Year, sir!

While I was in the car wash half of the washing brushes didn't work. Also the vacuum has no powerful suction! I will not be going to this one ever again. Hope someone can do some fixing on it very soon.
- LMLachelle MOct 2, 20251.0Can through today, service was horrible! Paid for the tire cleaner package. After I went through the wash, they told me that it was not working properly. Their was limited soap coming out throughout the wash and it seem like only one side of the brushes was working.The vacuum was not working with no pulling power to clean your floors.The employees said I wasn't the only one complaining, I was not offered to go back through the wash again to see if it ckean my car a little bit more and no refund was offered either, they could only give me some kinda card and number to call. Save your money and I wouldn't recommend anyone for their service.
